To deposit funds into AIstocks, simply choose your preferred method and follow these steps to make a successful deposit:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the "avatar icon" in the lower right corner.
3. Click on Financial Management, then select 'Deposit'.
4. If you wish to deposit using USDT, click the customer service button below to obtain the USDT deposit address.
5. Proceed with the transfer and provide a screenshot of your successful transaction.
6. Our staff will verify the details and complete the deposit for you.
How do I deposit with USD-T?
If you choose to deposit using USDT, you don't need to link a bank card. Instead, you can transfer funds directly through cryptocurrency.
After entering the recharge page, please click [Online Customer Service]
Contact customer service to confirm the deposit address account; Customer service will provide you with recharge addresses on two different networks. Please choose the address that suits you to recharge. *Please copy the address to complete the deposit operation
After completing the transfer, please return to this page to fill in your transfer amount, network type, your account address and attach a screenshot of the successful transfer. After making sure it is completed, please click [Confirm]
How long does the deposit processing usually take?
The processing time for deposits generally depends on the payment method you choose and the speed of your bank's processing. We recommend making deposits on weekdays (Monday to Friday) as banks and financial markets are usually operating normally during these days, enabling faster processing of your deposit requests. Specifically, the deposit time can range from a few minutes to several business days, depending on the bank's processing speed and any necessary security verification steps.

How to view deposit records and history?
You can view your deposit records and history by following these steps:
- Log in to Your Account: First, log in to your account.
- Access Financial Management: Once in your account, find and click on the "Financial Management" or similar option.
- Financial Management: In the Financial Management section, navigate to the "Records" to view your deposit records/transaction history for the month.
- Filter Deposit Records: In the "Records" page, you can filter and browse your history by selecting the "Date."
By following these steps, you can easily view and manage your deposit records and history.
Will the deposit be automatically converted into the currency used in my account?
AIstocks currently offers USD and HKD accounts only, with a system that supports automatic currency exchange. This means when you deposit funds in a currency other than USD or HKD, the system will automatically convert it into your selected account currency (USD or HKD).
Regarding exchange rate costs, we are pleased to inform you that apart from minor differences due to exchange rate fluctuations, AIstocks does not charge additional exchange fees or commissions. We strive to ensure your funds are converted at the most favorable rates to maximize your investment value.
Can I transfer funds between different wallets within my personal account?
Yes, you can transfer funds between different wallets within your personal account, and no additional fees will be charged. This service allows you to manage your funds flexibly while ensuring convenience in transactions. You can perform these transfers by logging into your account and accessing the financial management or similar options. There are generally no restrictions on fund transfers, though specific conditions may apply.
